Why should I opt for a cosmetic surgery treatment in Athens?

What pre-op medical tests do you perform?

Pre-op Full blood test, Urea and electrolytes, ECG and Chest X - Ray , if needed. If any further medical exams are required, there will be an extra charge depending on the type of exam.

Are there any hidden costs?

There are no hidden costs. Prices found on this website include all of the above elements. They obviously do not include accommodation or flight costs. However, transportation to and from the hospital will be provided by us.

For breast operations: Our price includes saline implants up to 300cc. Other types of implants available are cohesive silicone and anatomical silicone. The surgeon will assist you in choosing the appropriate implant for you.

Where will the surgeon operate in Greece? Is it a private hospital or a clinic?

Our surgeons operate in private hospitals in central Athens. All are qualified medical institutions, they are trusted organizations with the approval of the National Health Authorities and our surgeons have chosen them in order to make sure that you will be treated in an optimal way.

Where can I meet with the consultant? Are there sessions in London / UK?

We provide two options:

• You can either meet with our consultant plastic surgeon in London. There is a charge of 40 £ for the consultation. You will be consulting a specialized plastic surgeon and not a nurse.
• Alternatively, you have the option of flying in Athens for one day, visit our premises and meet with the doctor and our team. In this case, the consultation is free of charge and there will be a further 60£ off the price of the surgery, if you decide to have it.
• We recommend that you visit us in Athens , as this will give you a first hand experience of the high level of medical services we provide.
  

How much is the trip going to cost? What is the cost of the consultation?

If you travel to Athens, the consultation is free of charge. If you book in advance, you can get really well-priced flights.

We will also arrange a pick up and drop off service to you from the airport to the clinic and back, it is only half an hour drive. A member of our team will be there to welcome you.

What about post-operative care? If something happens to me while in the UK after the surgery, what service do you offer?

The surgeon will meet with you again a few days after the surgery to remove stitches and check your general state. If any complications occur and you need to go through another operation, this will be done in Greece and you will not be charged for the surgeon or the anesthetist's fees. You will only pay for the hospital fees.

What is your payment policy?

• The patient will be required to pay total fees for the surgery two weeks in advance. Payment is accepted by bank transfer. To make the transfer, the patient shall contact the clinic in Athens.
• If secondary procedures are required, and are of a minor nature these will be undertaken under local anaesthetic after informing the patient. In this case there will be no additional surgical fee but there will be a charge for the operating theatre.
• There is an extra charge for breast implants.
• In order to book a consultation in London, the patient is required to pay the full amount of consultation in advance. Payment will be made via credit card charge.
